My boss is getting a divorce and just bought a house on his own.. I know it needs a little work like painting and stuff but I was wanting to make him a great basket with things he would need.. I was going to at first just get him a gift card to home depot but I don't think he will take it from me he will say something like " you could use that for your remodel" or something like that.. he has been a great boss and has been a great rock for me while going through my mom having breast cancer and passing I want to give him a great gift to try to repay him for all he has done for me and my family. A little about him... Getting divorced 40 yrs old not handy at all!! ( like he asked me how hard it would be to replace his mini blinds or should he hire someone to do it kind of not handy) doctor loves to swim has a 11 year old daughter bought a big 2 story with big yard just starting a home on his own

Candle and lighter, dish towels, place mats and cloth napkins, gourmet dip(s) and crackers/chips, quality scented pump hand soap, bottle of wine with 2 glasses. Place on tray/platter that can be used for serving said dip and crackers. or Try a laundry themed basket: Detergent, good hangers (pant and reg.)some for Dr. and some for daughter, fabric softener sheets, stain remover, cedar blocks for in drawers and shoes, Fabreeze, laundry bag for daughter and put all in nice laundry basket.
