I'm giving a gift basket to a co-worker for secret santa but I would like to make to decorative, rather than just a plain basket. I was thinking of putting cotton on the bottom to make it kind of a snowy wonderland, but I soon realized she doesn't like touching cotton. Anyone have ideas?

Instead of a basket, buy a little stocking, and fill it with tinsel and candy canes, and all that kind of stuff. I personally love stockings, so that's what I'd want somebody to get me. It's a creative, fun and festive gift.
