I intend to make it seem like this gift basket was from some admirers in some unheard of (but real) country, maybe in Africa or Micronesia. Any ideas of what I should include? Note that this "basket" will be shipped domestically (US) and I do not want to hurt anyone, but I definitely want to make it as surreal as possible. Obvious gag-gifts are not the idea.
