Is it legal to make a Hello kitty gift basket and then sell it with out it braking any copy right laws...?(hello kitty as an example of a trademark item)

Yes, it is fine to make a gift basket with Hello Kitty products and name it the Hello Kitty Gift Basket. There are many gift basket designers who create gift baskets with similar themes, naming them Victoria's Secret gift basket, Trader Joe's Gift Basket, and such.
