Can scented powder like the kind that comes in the spa gift baskets be used the same way as baby powder? Is there a better way? Thanks!

When I'm on the run I always use baby powder, That's probably the best way. I sprinkle it on my scalp and ends massage it then shake my head around and blow dry the scalp to keep the baby powder set in.
