how to you get the cellophane to stand up if your using a gift basket with no handle?

also it says you get shrink it , how?

get shrink wrap at your local craft store - you wrap the basket (staple or tape closed) then use the hair dryer to shrink wrap it. the heat will tighten the wrapmaking your item easy to transport , i make baskets of cheer for my husbands charity event every year like this. maybe add a pretty bow for decoration.
