What kind of gift basket can I creat for a co-worker?

I have a co-worker who is a retired librarian, that only eats orgainc food and that will be turning 71 years old. I want to create a basket instead of buying something from the store. Her birthday is tom. 4/18/07

Try giving tickets to a up coming concert or a day pass to a country home or the like, at 71 she may have an interest in music of days gone by, How much do you know about her?,what interests does she have? what type of person is she just because she is 71 doesn't mean she has to do old people things. And then there is always the basket that will be the normal, hand/body cream, sprays etc: How about gardening is she interested in it if so a nice basket full of gardening stuff may be in order and you can normally find different stuff at a good garden centre basket and all that can be used afterwards.
