A bog of this stuff in a craft store is about $2.99 I think. If you want to save money you could run colored paper through your paper shedder if you have one. Or just just sheets of colored tissue paper, match the corners together, holding the center at the same time. Then artfully arrange this in your basket until you think it looks good.
