all three of these ideas are ones that i love and could probably do sucessfully. custom jewlery making (bead work), party planning (along with lik 'gift baskets' as a gift ideas) or a natural/green cosmetics line that i'v perfected?

Personally, I would not order custom jewelry online. Do you plan to host jewelry parties? How will people see and touch your work prior to purchase. If you do party planning, you may be able to add jewelry into that depending if it's showers and parties of that nature.
