I did this for a friend at work: a breakfast in bed basket heart shaped pancake rings Bottle of fancy maple syrup Gourmet Pancake mix Griddle pan off their registry bed trays (you can even include a bud vase and juice glasses, anything you can imagine for a perfect breakfast in bed) If you include the larger items, it may be hard to fit in a basket.
