We manage 2 buildings that have over 800+ employees combined. We need to do something for them as far as something kind of Christmas thing whether it be a tenant event or gift basket. I'm knew to all of this and am open to some suggestions. Our budget is about $5000 or so. Any ideas?

Wow, that's a tough one. That's about $6 a person. What about a casual Italian dinner party, it's cheap, but who doesn't appreciate a free meal. Maybe try to have a prize to be given away at the party, or a few of them. You could have a raffle, or have a split the pot where 2 employees could split the pot evenly. Good Luck to you, it's nice that you remember your employees during the holidays and let them know you appreciate them.
