HELP Im in Need of some Small start up business help?

Im in the market of making homemade party favors & gift baskets choc. covered pretzels, favors, choc. covered cookies, hand decorated cookies, and basic chocolate candies and molded lolipops. My biggest problem is im unsure where and or how to advertise.. any ideas please help.. Im located in NJ.. Thanks
