I don't know which of my interests I should pursue. I like to bake, make jellies and canned goods, make gift baskets, I'm known for my fresh baked breads in my family and I like to collect and test recipes. I've tried writing a cookbook but can't get it published, I know anything I do with food I need to go trough the FDA...but I think that costs money to go through them...any ideas what I can do?

I have two suggestions for you: 1. Start a gift basket business. Start small by selling to friends and family, then branch out and obtain some corporate clients. 2. Write a cookbook and set it up as an online ebook so that you don't have to worry about a traditional publisher. Setup a website and sell it through Clickbank.
