Please keep in mind we have an "older" crowd of 40+ folks... men and women. Only 10 employees - we need something unique! We've done gift certificates, gift baskets, etc... any ideas?

If you haven't gotten feed back from your employees - now is the time to do it! While you may have "already done the gift card thing" - they really do make nice gifts! Gas Cards would be most appreciated since the cost of gas is skyrocketing. I like the previous suggestion of a day at the spa or golf outing. Maybe a cute certificate that says "celebrate Christmas throughout the year - one day off with pay." Finally - maybe a donation in the name of that person to his/her favorite charity. You are already doing the bonus, party, etc. Maybe helping someone else would make everyone feel good!
