im making a gift basket and im looking for a place to buy gourmet teas or teas in decorative holders. any ideas?

you could go to a specialty tea shop like teavanna, gloria jeans, coffee bean, starbucks, etc. you can find some excellent teas right on the grocery shelf. Twinings is good enough for the queen of england (I like their earl grey), PB Tips is excellent, and there is tazo, stash, celestial seasonings, those are upperend massmarket specialty teas.
