well obviously you dont want diaper cakes, lol--what good would they be for the guests? you want something a non pregnant person can use--maybe some candy dishes from the dollar store filled with baby 'themed' candy or m&m's if you have a dollar tree or any other everything 1.00 store, you can look around and find some nice ideas there
