For instance, is it illegal for a person to take store-bought Panteen shampoo, Suave lotion, & Aquanet hairspray, and put them all in smaller UNBRANDED bottles, then put everything in a basket and then sell them as a product labeled "Fresh Shower Gift Set" ? It sure is. You have to list the ingredients on your products and the city where they were manufactured. Everything is regulated by the U.S. Pat. & TM Office. You would be the distributor and would have to apply to such office.
