My boss is english and I would like to find a very nice gourmet gift basket that contains authentic english teas and biscuits. I am not english so I'm not sure what to look for, but I would the basket to have authentic english/high teas & biscuits etc...something she could truly appreciate. If you are english and/or know about high teas would love to know your opinion on the matter and where to find a great basket. If you know of a URL that has what I am looking for please let me know. Again I am looking on the lines of something very nice.

i know a lot about teas, but not english teas. Mostly green and white and oolong tea. But I'd like to suggest an electric tea kettle if he doesn't have one. I'm getting one for Christmas and I'm very excited. see if he has one, and get one, especially if he likes to drink tea.
