i make chocolate dipped pretzels strawberries ans spoons. how do i keep them from melting when i put choc. spoons in a gift basket, they need to stay out of the fridge for awhile but i know they will melt. how can i keep it from melting????

tempering the Chocolate will make it go hard and glass like when cool, still edible, and very tasty. best not to refrigerate though, chocolate doesn't like cold and wet. for strawberries you may therefore have to make them close to when you need them.
