How old do you have to be to buy things like handcuffs and whips at Spencers? We're putting together a novelty basket for a buddy of mine but we're all 17. Thanks in advance for the info.

Dildos and other sex toys are 18 but I would think that handcuffs and whips would be okay if your 17... It depends on if spencer's defines those products as "sex toys" or as novelty gifts. I would just try. the worst they can do is say no right?
