Valentines day is just around the coner, and I am looking for some cheap, creative but at the same time romatic ideas for gifts. Im thinking about making a big basket off things that he could use. Im not sure if it would work. I have a $20 limit, so anything in that range would work.

A basket is a good idea. Here's some things to put in it: Make a bunch of origami hearts (ehow) and folded roses (bloom4ever) and fill a 'love jar' with a love note. While this is a project to do with kids, it doesn't matter - it's a cute idea: http://www.education.com/activity/articl
Laminate a photo of the two of you, made into a bookmark - so it can be a few small pics or just one, glue it to construction paper with hearts, then hole punch the top and put a piece of twine though the hole and tie a knot in it.
