I recieved a gift basket that included many things and one of the items was canned salmon. I've made salmon spread, salmon patties, a salmon caserol with egg noodles but I'm bored and looking for something quick and easy.

Cooked pasta. (any kind of pasta) Drain the salmon (I use a paper towel lined colander) Steam, salt to taste fresh baby spinach in butter Alfredo sauce Toss the pasta with spinach and sauce, add salmon last minute I top with grated romano Very quick and tasty.
