So my sister is having surgery next week. It's a tough surgery, she has a lot of ovarian cysts that need to be taken out, this is her 2nd surgery and her chances for kids keep getting less and less, BUT we're optimistic her doc is great ect. Anyway I wanted to get her something...I know flowers are nice, but I was thinking more like some movies or some kind of basket...things to keep her busy while she's laid up. Any ideas!? May your sister surgery go great next week. I know that God will be with your family that day. Gift ideas for her is just being her sister is the biggest gift you can gave her. Make her a basket of goodies, a DVD, like a love story, a book to read. Help her around the house. Help her make meals head of time and freeze them so all she has to do is put them in the microwave oven to cook. For the first couple of nights offer to spend the night at her house to help her if she need it. She will be very sore after coming home from her surgery .
