Now my mom and I want to start a business it will include: Gift Baskets Personalized tees, totes, etc. Candy Bouquets Pet bakery Goods Personalized Jewelry Personalized children books The whole shebang! Now we dint know how to license the biz. Should we file under Sole Proprietorship or Limited Liabilty Corp. the zoning. Please help we live in Maryland.
