I am going to an engagement party for my good friend at the end of the month and want to give them a unique gift that they will enjoy. We were all in the theatre when this couple met & fell in love so I'm thrilled they are getting married. I've been married for 5 years now but never received an engagement gift and now I'm so busy I can't clear my head to think of a good gift for them. I'd like to say money is no object but it is. I'm usually well known for giving thoughtful handmade or put together gifts (like a "date" basket with 5 bags of popcorn, blanket & 5 different movies) but this time I'm stumped. Any suggestions? BTW I was told gifts are going to be at this party so I don't want to come empty handed.
