my best friend and i have know each other for five years now and i have bought her stuffed animals, jewelry, purses, playboy merchandise(since she likes that stuff), candy baskets, clothes, basically anything best friends will get each other for birthdays and other occasions. her 17th birthday is coming up and i really want to wow her with something cool this year. but i have no idea what to get her! i want to get her something unique or something really cool. i'm hoping not to spend more than $150. i've considered an ipod nano but i don't know. any suggestions for unique gifts? it's really be appreciated. if it helps, she likes playboy as i mentioned, the color blue, anything glittery/flashy, and anything with like a hip-hop style. thanks to everyone who helps me out [:

check out this website - great ideas. music, jewelry. something personalized or engraved would be a nice touch for someone you've known for awhile. I would suggest you consider making something one of a kind for her too - a special keepsake - most bead stores will help you to finish up a bracelet or necklace if you just pick out the beads. best of luck!
