I'm figuring out my wedding budget, and I feel like I'm missing something. These are the things I've got so far... Reception Decorations Including Centerpiece Components and Favors Photography (Not budgeting for video...a cousin said he'd do it as a gift) Dress Cake Church Hall Marriage License Food Flowers Invitations (Incl. Envelopes, and a rough estimate on postage, since our wedding isn't for 2 years) DJ Guest Book/Pen Set, Toasting Glasses for the bridal party, and Cake Knife and server set. I know I don't have the ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket on here...already have them, but is there anything else I am forgetting? My fiance is taking care of the beer/booze for the reception and the honeymoon, and his parents are covering the rehearsal dinner. I'm over 500 dollars under budget, and I've budgeted REALLY high, so I'm even more than that. I just don't want any surprises at the end and find out that I'm over budget by 500...lol. Thanks!

I think you're missing quite a bit. Have you been to theknot.com yet? even if you don't need their ideas (as I know you have your theme and everything) but they have tools like a budgeter with a list of everything you'll need. Plus a timeline of "buy this this month, look into this this month" etc etc. EDIT: by the way, the budgeter on that site works where you enter your budget in and it tells you how much you should spend in each area (based on a percentage) you can then change the amounts if you found something for a different price. (which is most likely) It also doubles as a payment tracker: When you put a deposit down or make a payment you can enter it in and it will tell you how much is left on that item. It's a good thing to keep track of. lol
