Hi! My name is Morgan. I am 12 years old and I cannot WAIT for Christmas! I know it's far away, but It is my favorite holiday and this year is even more special because I want to earn my own money to buy my family and friends presents (My mom usually pays for my friends and I usually make her and my Dad something, but this year I want to do it on my own.) Anyways, this year, instead of making my Mom something, I'd really like to buy it. (It's part of my whole "earn your own money" thing.) For her present, I am thinking of putting together a basket of things she likes, but I dont know what to put in the basket. She doesn't really cook all that much, and she's a total health nut so anything like cookies or chocolates is out of the question. Thank you so much for your help! God Bless!

I love the basket idea! Does she have a favorite singer or band that may have a Christmas album you could get? A favorite Christmas movie you could find the dvd of? A big, nice smelling candle. Some comfy slippers. A homemade book of coupons that she can redeem for "one day of doing laundry" or "cleaning" etc. Mom's love them. Does she like crossword puzzles? Maybe a handheld game like solitaire, blackjack, or sodoku? A homemade photo album or scrapbook.
