What kind of camping? For car camping: games like dominoes and cards; nice flashlights; some kind of propane powered gadget; other gadgets, like those hot sandwich makers or marshmallow sticks For backpacking: dehydrated food; "just add water" mixes like for pancakes; compression sacks; lightweight entertainment, like a small book or a tiny pack of cards. I'm still putting together my own backpacking gear so it's hard to think of other ideas at this time. For both: annual pass to a state or national park system; books about camping in the area or in an area they want to visit; a multi-use tool; gift certificate to an outdoors store
