I'd say anything you'd give to someone after any kind of surgery, whether cosmetic or not. However, avoid giving her a mirror or anything that could be used as one, as she will still be bruised and swollen at this stage. Her favourite flowers should go down well, as well as any books/magazines she likes if she is still in hospital.
