i've got like 3 wooden baskets and 3 or 4 really nice giftboxes.. i dont want to use them to give them away to someone else..they look like i could find a use for them, and not look trashy-ish... but i havent been able to figure out what to do with them... any ideas? both wooden baskets are rectangular shapes..and the gift boxes are just normal square (medium size).. i know it probably sounds like a silly question..but if i cant think of anything..i'll just use them as gift baskets & the boxes..to put gifts for someone else...

They would make great storage containers--I just went to a church sale where one of the workers offered to sell me all the baskets there for $2.00--there were 24 of them! Needless to say, I'm finding all kinds of uses. One square one was just the right size to put napkins in. If you have a place where "stuff" accumulates, stick a basket or box there and let it hold keys, change, etc. I take a lot of medicine, so I've got my pillboxes all lined up in a basket. And I have a bunch of little soaps and bath oils that I put in a small basket in the bathroom. If the boxes are bigger, you might try using one as a magazine holder, too.
