As a child, I remember my mom baking bread then taking plastic wrap and oven sealing it. Any one know how?

When sealed she would put in is a basket with a pretty bow and give as gifts. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. My mom has a severe memory problem so I can't ask her.

We had a family friend, she always had an outstanding and moist zucinni bread recipe. I aked my mom how and she told me it was because the bread was wrapped while still warm! My mother also started doing this to her quickbreads. The trick is to let it cool the 7-10 minutes in the pan(mostly so you can handle touching it) then remove to a sheet of plastic wrap and cover completely. Make sure the folds of wrap seal against themselves. Set on counter top cooling rack till completely cool. the heat is sufficient to seal the plastic well enough. We have done the same ribbon and basket thing as well, looks so nice for a gift.
