Baby gift ideas? Our workplace is making up a baby basket for a coworker who's leaving to have a baby?

We each have to bring some small gift. I have no clue! Any ideas?

Bottles clothes socks blankets pacifiers bath wash wash clothes lotion diaper bag diapers wipes photo album small toys or you could just give her a gift card for wal-mart or something like that.
