Is this a good enough gift for someone for christmas when you are on a budget?

A basket of fruit and candy? I can buy the basket and put all of that stuff in it and decorate it up and save money than going ahead and buying one already made up right? Is this an okay gift to give to your mother in law? thanks

If you're gonna do a basket for your inlaws, at least personalize it a little. This will show you put some effort into it!
