I'll bet there are quilt makers out there, as well as those who like to put up jelly or jam, or like to make food baskets for those on their list. Practical and useful things you don't have to exchange. I think this will be the most practical of Christmases for many of us, due to the economy.

Every year, I make and give my brothers and sisters something homemade. I aways make brandy balls and cookies and something else. I've made Christmas tree ornaments, jewelry boxes, and huntring vests. This year it's going to be oven mitts and potholders with Christmas pattern. I want to send them early so they can use them before Chritmas day. Dan
