So I live about 15 hours away from my family. I was thinking about putting together a little gift basket of stuff like with baby powder, a bottle, a pacifier, and a rattle or something. I would mail it to them and just wait for them to call me after they had gotten it. Also I was wondering If I should send one to my bestest sister or should I just call her with the good news?

I found out I was pregnant right around my moms birthday, so for her birthday I got her a locket that said "grandma" on the front of it. I am the oldest of her kids so this is her first grandchild. At first I think she was a little confused, but once it made sense to her she was very excited. I love the idea of having cute ways to let everyone know your pregnant rather than just telling them because your excited and you want everyone around you to be just as exited as you are!I think your idea is very cute, and I'm sure your family would love it!
