I just moved into a new house with my family, and our neighbors have been really nice to us. The father helped us out with moving things in the house (such as furniture), they baked cookies for us (which were really good,) and they let us use their lawnmower when ours was broken. What kinds of things should I put in a gift basket so that we can thank them for what they've done to help? My mom and I are going to make a cake, so you don't have to suggest that. Anyone who makes rude comments will be reported for abuse. Trust me.

Maybe a gift certificate to a nice restaurant. Or make a sincere offer that if they ever need anything to come to you. Friendship is often the best gift. whatever you do, don't give them herpes, they may graciously accept it, but it won't be truly appreciated. Hope this helps!
