Well, Clannad & Clannad After Story are probably one of the most romantic animes out there. So its gonna be tough. "Toradora" -- filled with romance and comedy "School Rumble" -- same as Toradora "5 centimeters per second" -- its a short movie, but it revolves around relationships and its very touching. You mentioned 11eyes - and while it has its romantic side, it has quite a bit of violence, so i'll mention a few in that category as well. "Angel Beats" -- its produced by Key(same producers as Clannad, Kannon and Air). So be ready for a Clannad-like ending. "Shakugan No Shana" -- some romance/action If you are gonna end up watching them, I would strongly suggest you start with either Toradora or School Rumble, followed by 5cm per second, then the action-ish ones.
