Im interviewing a business owner for a class project this week and need some ideas as to what to send as a THANK YOU gift. (Chocolates, flowers, fruit basket, etc) I need all the help i can get. Thanks everyone!

The card is most appropriate. BUT, if you truly can afford it, visit a classy bakery and have them gift wrap a fancy strudel. Your instincts are correct. The gift is quite professional.
