I got this in the mail. The Rural Community Food Pantry has begun preperation for it's Annual Christmas Progam -The Angel Gifts and Food Baskets. Your family has been included in the program this year. Perhaps you have recieved help at the food pantry during this past year or your church or school is concerened and feels your family could benefit from assistance at this time of year. I wouldn't be angry, but maybe curious. Whomever sent in your name probably thought they were doing something good and were looking to help. There is nothing wrong with that. Okay, be honest with yourself: do you need the help? It's okay if you do. There is nothing wrong with that either. But if you don't, kindly write back saying that your family is well supported and does not need assistance. You feel that there are other families who would benefit from this program more, but thank you for the offer. Whoever sent in your name probably felt uncomfortable asking you. Or maybe they wanted to remain annoymous and not take "credit" for helping. Don't be upset, I believe this was all in good intentions.
