Place wads of white tissue paper in the bottom of the basket to "raise" some of the items up. The teddy bear should probably be the focal point of the basket, so sit him in the middle, resting on the side of the basket, or on the side. Put some wads of tissue under him so he will sit up higher than the other items. Place pink or lavender tissue paper on top of the white. Fold the dress so that the bodice shows. Unless the teddy bear and the doll are really big, you won't need a large basket. You won't need to wrap the items, just place them attracively on the pink tissue paper. If you want, fill in small "holes" or gaps with little items such as socks, hair bows, pink wash cloths, etc. Take different lenghts of paper crinkly ribbon in pink, white, lavender, purple - one or more colors - and curl them with a scissors. Drop these around on the gifts for a festive touch. If you wanted, you could place pink silk rosebuds around the basket too. You could find these at a craft store or the dollar store. Buy a bunch and snip off the heads close to the stems. Buy a piece of bridal tulle or netting, which is very cheap in fabric stores. Get a big enough piece to come up the sides of the basket and over the handle, if there is a handle. Gather up the ends, hold tightly, and secure with a rubber band. Tie a ribbon over the band to conceal it, and make it into a big bow. Or tie on a hank of curly ribbon in one or more colors. Look for a basket in craft stores, Walmart, thrift stores, Goodwill, etc. If you want, you could spray paint it white or pink. If you don't want to use a basket, you may be able to find a pretty cardboard box or hatbox. The trick would be finding one that is suitable for a baby. But you might be able to find a pretty pink floral or a soft pattern. Put the lid on the bottom of the box, and fix it up just like a basket.
