Every year we try to find a different idea for presents. We have a theme each year. We've done the secret santa idea and it's just become old. We set a price limit and had everyone put there gift in a basket, we've had gift decorating contests, where everyone voted on the best one, we've played the game where you can steal the gift from the person before you... I'm running out of ideas! Anyone have one they've done successfully?

Some one can hide the gift and make clues in specific areas. For example, you give the first piece of paper to the person searching for the present, has a riddle in it like " in your favorite movie" and you actually have another paper waiting inside his/her favorite DVD and so on till the person finds the present. It sounds more fun when the person actually playing it.
