I have a $40.00 gift card for forever 21 and there having a over $40 shipping is free promotion. But because of the 8 dollar sales tax that doesn't apply to me. Well it all depends on what your definition of better stands for I mean, for me something will be better but for your fashion likes you may not think so, so that's up to you to decide. Now as for $$$ value, of course you can get something else you like for your moneys since when ordering online might be suitable in the means not driving to the store and so, they apply some fees that you have to pay (special taxes and shipping and handling and so on!) in order to bring it to you home, on the other hand when buying at the store you pay solely for the items that you want and you can get something else worth value instead of spending it in, let's say, shipping and handling.
