Who should pay for a Valentine's Day Dinner?

It's my first vday and Im 18...and although my bf is 25, its his first vday tooxD I bought him a huge basket of candy, a stuffed animal, a giant card (like 4 feet tall!), a smaller card, and im making him a cd...im not sure wat else im doing yet...obv sex/bjs/massage too...but i mean as far as a gift...and i dunno if i should make vday dinner plans or he should or it should be kinda like a that-day decision... and who is supposed to pay? Please help! Thanks ^^
