Okay, so I need to get a baby shower gift and I am thinking about getting them bath products. I have about three favorite all natural brands that have great baby care lines that I am thinking about arranging a basket of products such as baby lotion. Now these are great products, that won't upset skin (I have really bad excema and It's what I use) and it smells good too. But, it is harder to get and more expensive for something that they won't know is anything out of the ordanary beacause the companies I am talking about are just small unknown companies. But I like this Idea for giving just the same because It's non-gender specific and I can be sure that no one else will give it. Plus I really like these companies. What should I do? Go with something else, go for it, or give it and attach a note explaining the extra meaning. Help!

I think it's a good gift idea. My son has excema and it's pretty common for babies to have pretty sensitive skin. See if they have a pamphlet or even a page online that you can print off about the products so mom knows how special they are. If you do want to still get something off the registry or to go with it, throw in some baby washcloths or a towel and it can be a nice theme gift. It's something she'll use daily and she can think of you when she does! Good idea.
