Friend birthday gift?

Okay my friend is turning 14; and I don't know what to get her.. obviously. The one thing I was thinking of getting her was the picture of her and joe jonas that she had taken when she met him, put onto a necklace, but my friend is either doing that, or putting the picture on a tote bag. :P I was thinking I could get her a snuggie or a blanket, but my other friend is getting her a blanket. -.- So a bit about my friend is she LOVES the jonas brothers, esp joe, but I don't want to get her too much like that because one time when iwas obsessd with hsm I got a bunch of hsm pressies and I got bored with them.. Also I was thinking a movie pass would be cool, but I don't like giving gift certificates etc.. :P She is also kinda girly, I was thinking of getting her a small cheap basket, and filling it with a couple of things. Like maybe a movie pass(bout $9) then maybe some nail polish (another $4) I also already have her a cheap key chain with joe jonas on it ($2) so Idk what else to get her.. Maybe some pics?? idk. HELPP

also put a celeb magazine in the basket but make sure it has a big poster of joe in it. and joe slippers from walmart. there nice comfy and cheap. and put candy on the bottom of the basket like enough to cover the bottom. that comes to about (with you stuff in it) um.....!@#$%^&*() I GOT IT! ok its about $30 with your chain and movie thing to in it let me explain. slippers= $5.00 (at the cheapest) magazine= #3.00 candy $3.00-$6.00's dollars
