My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and I have met his parents once when they flew out back in may. I don't talk to them but they ask about me and I ask my boyfriend about them. I'm going home with my boyfriend for the first time this december and although i'm flying back home to be with my family two days before christmas, I want to send or bring something for my boyfriends parents as a sort of christmas/thank you for letting me stay with them and visit present. I was thinking some sort of gift basket but I feel like that's too impersonal. Any ideas?

A nice bottle of wine and a basket of anything you have cooked. How about a framed picture they probably not seen of their son? Do not forget the thank you card you will sent the the day after you get home!
